- A copy of the Approval in Principle from
your current lender
- A copy of the sales particulars for the
business/ property being purchased if applicable.
- A copy of your business plan and financial
projections for the project
- A brief summary of your personal assets
and liabilities together with a CV.
We make no charge for this service and we will
aim to come back within 24 hours.
First Time proposals
We can also help in securing commercial finance,
business loans and mortgages for the first time. We have
to make a charge for this service of £500 which is
fully refundable on successful completion of the loan. This
fee is in place in order that one of our experts is able
to devote the correct amount of time to your proposal and
work on your behalf presenting your proposal in as good a
light as possible to a number of lenders to achieve a successful
loan application. Ultimately we are paid by the lender
when your loan is drawn down, it is at this point that we
refund your £500. Our experience has shown that many
