If you have an offer or approval in principle from a lender on a business loan, commercial mortgage or any type of commercial deal, it is a good time to get in touch with us as this is often where we can be most effective.  Over the course of a few hours after your initial contact we can probably save you thousands of pounds on fees and interest rates payable. We will need a brief idea of your case in order to cross check the rate you have been offered  against the best rates our banking and lending contacts are prepared to offer you.  

A recent example was a hotel refinancing in Birmingham, England, the best rate this client had been quoted was 2.75% above base with Nat West bank, after discussions with our client and with a little bit of care and thought we managed to re-present the case to HSBC and obtain a rate of 1.6% over base.

  1. A copy of the Approval in Principle from your current lender
  2. A copy of the sales particulars for the business/ property being purchased if applicable.
  3. A copy of your business plan and financial projections for the project
  4. A brief summary of your personal assets and liabilities together with a CV.

We make no charge for this service and we will aim to come back within 24 hours. 

First Time proposals 

We can also help in securing commercial finance, business loans and mortgages for the first time. We have to make a charge for this service of £500 which is fully refundable on successful completion of the loan. This fee is in place in order that one of our experts is able to devote the correct amount of time to your proposal and work on your behalf presenting your proposal in as good a light as possible to a number of lenders to achieve a successful loan application.  Ultimately we are paid by the lender when your loan is drawn down, it is at this point that we refund your £500.
